What is the best music education program in Illinois?

I have been searching for the best music education programs in Illinois and can’t find any definitive answers. I only want public schools so that narrows things down a little bit. I’m not happy with my music classes anymore.what should I do?

That means I have my junior and senior years and with my academics and band, I only have two periods left to decide my classes. I plan on taking classes online over summer, but what classes should I take if I want to get into a college offering music therapy degrees? There are only two in my state (my parents don’t want me going out of state. Any suggestions?
