Devin asked:

I need a music making program that is good and easy to use. I need it to create music for a song that I am making. I have already tried Mario Paint Composer and Audacity, but those don’t seem to work out.

Requirements:
It has to be completely free.
It has to be for a PowerPC Mac
It has to be able to save the music in MP3
It has to be fairly easy to use.
It has to be a high quality program.

Give me the links if possible.
I’m not looking for Audacity, I already have that. And, it’s a music editing program. I want something that can make an entirely new tune.

Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) is Open Source (read as “free”) and used by many for easy audio editing.

I do not know if this will meet all of your requirements, however it is worth checking out. At “Pandora.com” you can set up your own radio programs by artist name or by name of a song title. Some songs or artist they may not have, but there are more they do have. They will also play songs or artists that they have that are similiar to the ones you set up on your station. Try it, you may like it. Frank

The best online music maker I have seen used is JamStudio.
